FAQ 1: The app did not activate after payment/installation.
Solution:- Reinstall the app and restart your device.
This resolves 90% of activation issues.
• On Apple devices, after reinstalling: Menu → Purchase → Restore purchase - Was the payment successful? Has your licence expired?
Check whether the purchase was completed/you have a valid licence:
• Google Play Store: Menu → Payments and subscriptions → Purchase history
• Apple App Store: Menu → Purchase history or Subscriptions
If your licence is active, our app will appear in the list. - Did you use the correct Apple ID or Google account for installation?
The licence is linked to the Apple ID or Gmail account used at the time of purchase, not to your device. If you reinstall the app with a different account, the purchase will not be recognised.
• Google Play Store: Menu → Payments and subscriptions → Purchase history
• Apple App Store: Menu → Purchase history or Subscriptions
If you used the correct account, the app should appear in the purchase history (on Apple also under Subscriptions). - Contact technical support

To help you as quickly as possible, please provide:- Your device type: Apple (iPhone/iPad) or Android (Google).

- A detailed description of the problem. Screenshots or a short video will help us better understand the issue.
- For Android users: please also send the error log via Menu → Feedback → Send error report.
FAQ 3: How do I transfer the app from my phone to my tablet?
The licence is linked to your Gmail/Apple ID. Simply install the app on your tablet using the same account used for the purchase – activation will occur automatically.On iOS you must also perform: Menu → Purchase → Restore purchase.

Yes. Every plan provides full access to the entire app.FAQ 6: How do I cancel my subscription?
- Android: Does not use subscriptions – the licence ends automatically at the end of the paid period.
- Apple: Uses a subscription (ensures seamless reinstallation on another device).
- In our app: Menu → Purchase → Manage subscription
- Or in the Apple App Store: Menu → Subscriptions / Purchase history
- Apple will automatically charge you for the next period unless you cancel the subscription before the renewal date.
- If you do not want renewal, we recommend cancelling the subscription immediately after purchase.
- Once cancelled, you may continue to use the app until the final day of the already paid period.
- Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.
